1. Bearing Lubrication

Rolling element bearings need regular greasing to minimize metal to metal contact. Proper greasing involves a few things: proper amount of grease, the right type of grease, proper greasing procedure, correct timing between greasing, and the quality of grease used.

The most difficult factor to figure out is the proper amount of grease. Incorrect amount could mean too much grease was added to the bearing or not enough grease. Both situations are harmful to the bearing, especially at high speed.

Implement Ultrasound in Bearing Lubrication System. Based on the principles and nature of ultrasound, this technology will benefit this program.
