Option 2: There is no manpower in
the facility to do regular machine Predictive and Preventive
Maintenance.
No problem. "If there's a will,
there's a way." That is
why we are here and we love to take good care of machines.
Our team can provide you with a complete predictive
maintenance
inspection service package for your facility. Depending
on what you have now in terms of
 predictive maintenance,
scheduling and
criticality of machines, we can recommend the appropriate inspection
practices and inspection frequencies to put you in a proactive
maintenance in the most economical way. You will have a good idea how
your machines are doing and how their health conditions are changing.
Most importantly, you will know what is ailing them so you can schedule
the appropriate repair needed before a failure occurs and take you in an
unscheduled downtime.
The
reports you will get are in layman's terms. We do all the hard work in
the background so when you get the report, the diagnosis and

For rotating machines, we usually do Oil
Analysis, Ultrasound PdM, and Vibration Analysis.
For switchgear, bus bars, FD panels, transformers,
and other electrical equipments, we will do Infrared Thermography.
For compressed air system in the facility, we will
do Air Leak Survey. |
