Dry-type Fire Sprinkler System

More frequent compressor start-ups is an indication of compressed air leak in your Fire Sprinkler System AND wasteful utility energy consumption AND inefficiency. Energy wastes and inefficiency cost hard-earned $$$ to say the least.

These areas need to be addressed as soon as possible. Once leaks are present, they don't fix themselves. They get bigger and bigger and become more expensive problems over time. Doing air leaks survey with just listening will only get the loudest or most audible leak. The leaks that are not audible or in a noisier environment or in a hard to access areas will not be detected by an inspector who is just walking around listening for them however hard they try. Our ears and senses are not that sensitive. Air leak survey is done properly when done by a certified ultrasonic inspector with a sensitive ultrasonic detector.

Web presentations on air leak survey using ultrasound are scheduled on a regular basis to educate the public on the value of having Air Leak Surveys done. These are given free and only by invitations.
