Can
you imagine what the world would be like if we can expand our senses a
little bit more? What new experiences we can get? Granted that there are
times when we probably would not want to know anymore than what we have
and yet there are times when the little extra capability can come in
handy.
In predictive and preventive maintenance, the
little extra do come in handy. It puts us in a position to know more
about the condition of our machines before they fail so we can plan
ahead. This little advance information can save dollars, frustrations,
time, manpower, materials, and energies.
